They describe a service and quote a price for it. They are information, and none of it is an offer you can accept by pressing something. Nothing on this website creates a contract between us.
What we would actually do for your business is settled on a call and then written into an agreement.
The service
Before any work starts you sign a services agreement. It sets out what is delivered, what counts as a lead, what the guarantee promises and what it does not, the fees, cancellation, what happens to your customers’ details, and who is liable for what.
That agreement is the whole of what is agreed between us. Where anything on this website differs from it, the agreement applies.
Ask us for a copy at any point before you sign, including on the first call.
Claims
Response-time statistics on these pages come from published third-party research into inbound lead response. They describe an industry and say nothing about what your business will do.
Screens shown on these pages are labelled where the figures on them are made up. The one thing promised anywhere here is the sixty seconds, and the agreement defines and guarantees it.
Ownership
The text, design, diagrams and software behind these pages are ours. Read them, quote them with attribution, and send them to a colleague. Do not republish them as your own or use them to sell a competing service.
Please do not scrape, overload or attempt to break this site.
The website
We keep these pages accurate and up to date. They are provided as they are, and we do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Where we link to another website, what is on it is that operator’s responsibility.
Any liability we have for this website, separate from the agreement, is limited to what the law allows us to limit.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is when they last changed, and the version live here is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This is a neutral choice for parties in different countries and does not indicate where either of us is located.
