What these pages collect

Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type into. Sixty has no contact form, no sign-up, no login and no payment page. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on any of these pages, and none of them stores anything in your browser.

Two things happen anyway, because they happen on every website:

• Cloudflare serves these pages and records the ordinary request information a web server sees, including your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for. It uses this to deliver the site and to block abuse.
• Your browser loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives that request and your IP address with it.

We do not see a visitor-by-visitor record of either, and we do not build a profile of anyone who reads these pages.

Email

What you send us by email

If you write to contact@jarvisprice.com we hold your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you tell us: usually your business, your phone number, what you spend on advertising and how your inquiries reach you today.

We use it to answer you, to prepare for a call with you, and to quote. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Our email is hosted by a third-party mail provider, so your message sits on their servers the way any email does.

Retention

How long we keep it

An inquiry that does not become a client is kept only for as long as we need it to answer you and to pick the conversation back up later. There is no mailing list here, so it is never used for anything else.

You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Clients

If you become a client

Running the service means we hold the names, numbers and inquiries of people contacting your business. What we may do with that, how long we keep it, what happens to it if you cancel, and what we owe you if it is ever exposed are all set out in the services agreement you sign, and that agreement governs it.

Your data

Asking for a copy, or deletion

Email contact@jarvisprice.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within 30 days.
