No. This sits on top of your existing phone number, your site and whatever you run for jobs and scheduling. Nothing is replaced. It asks you for three buttons on the reporting page, on the leads it could not see the end of.
That month is free. It is measured from our own logs, from the moment a lead reaches our system to the moment we respond, and you can see every one of them on your page.
A form on your site, or a call to your business number that nobody answered. A text to that number counts the same way. Calls you picked up, repeat calls within the hour, and anyone on the list you give us are all excluded.
Automatic text replies switch on once your carrier registration clears. It is filed the day you sign and takes a few weeks, and everything else runs from day three.
No. The sixty seconds is the only thing promised. What that is worth depends on your advertising, your pricing and your capacity, and none of those are ours to control.
